The hotel rooms are very small for a 4-star hotel, with noise from radiators making it impossible to sleep at night. The bathroom and carpet were not clean, and the night receptionists were not wearing shoes. It was quite expensive due to a concurrent conference in Amsterdam, and the lack of an extractor fan in the bathroom was inconvenient.
